1. Who we are
Sahla is operated by WM Development, a trading name of LELUXE GROUP LLC, 1501 S Greeley Hwy, Suite C, Cheyenne, WY 82007, United States. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean WM Development, and "you" means the business owner who signs up.
2. What you are buying
Sahla Business costs $49 a month. It includes your website set up for you, your own domain, unlimited products, orders on WhatsApp with a cart, bookings, Arabic and English, 3 logins, hosting and daily backups.
Launch offer: new businesses pay $1 for their first month. During that month the website runs on a free yourname.sahlasites.com address with up to 50 products; your own domain and unlimited products start with your first $49 month. The offer is for a limited time and may end without notice; the price shown before you pay is the one that applies.
Prices are in US dollars. Taxes, and any fee or currency conversion your bank adds, are yours to pay. You buy for your business, you are at least 18, and the details you give us are true.
3. Paying
You pay by card. After the $1 month we charge the same card $49 automatically every month, on the same day of the month, until you cancel.
4. No refunds
Every payment is final, the $1 included. Once we have started building your website, or you have used any part of the service, nothing is refunded, and we do not refund part of a month. Nothing here removes a right that the law gives you and that cannot be waived.
5. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time, in your panel or by asking us on WhatsApp at least 24 hours before your next charge. Cancelling stops the next charge. Your website stays online until the end of the month you paid for, then goes offline.
6. One $1 month per business
The $1 month is given once for each business, person, card and address. If you come back or sign up again, you pay $49 a month from the first day. We may refuse or cancel a $1 month that looks like a repeat.
7. Failed payments
If a charge fails, we try again for about two weeks and tell you. If it still fails, we pause your website. We keep your website and content for 90 days after it is paused; pay within that time and it comes back.
8. Fair use
Your plan is for your own business's website. We end the service at once, without a refund, for illegal content, spam or scams, goods the law forbids, card testing, attacks on our systems, or false details. Please talk to us before you ask your bank to reverse a payment: we usually answer within one working day.
9. Your content
Your texts, photos, products and domain are yours. You give us permission to host and show them on your website. You are responsible for what you publish and for having the right to use it.
10. Changes
We may change these terms or the price. We tell you at least 30 days before a price change for your plan, and you can cancel before it starts.
